on this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”).

The legal basis of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access data/server log files

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data includes:

Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data subsequently if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete indications.

contacting

When contacting the provider (for example via contact form or e-mail), the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third party providers”) are aware of the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on this if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we inform the users about this.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that enable the user’s access device (PC, smartphone, etc.) to store specific information relating to the device. They serve on the one hand the user-friendliness of web pages and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on the use of the website and to analyse it for the purpose of improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies is restricted or completely prevented. However, it is pointed out that the use and especially the comfort of use are limited without cookies.

You can manage many corporate online ad cookies through the US site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ .

Google Analytics

This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. “(“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on the user’s computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce the IP addresses of users within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Users may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser, however, this site may not allow you to use the full functionality of this site. Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the website (including their IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Social Plugins

On our website we offer you the possibility of using so-called “Social-Media-Buttons”. In order to protect your data, we rely on the “Shariff” solution when implementing this function. This only integrates the corresponding buttons on the website as a graphic, which contains a link to the corresponding website of the provider. By clicking the buttons you will then be directed to the service of the respective provider. Only then are data sent to the provider. If the graphics are not clicked on, there is no exchange between you and the providers of the social media buttons. Information about the collection and use of your data in the social networks can be found in the respective terms of use of the respective providers. More information about the Shariff solution can be found here: http://www.heise.de/ct/artikel/Shariff-Social-Media-Buttons-mit-Datenschutz-2467514.html

We have integrated the social media buttons of the following companies on our website:
Facebook Inc. (1601 p. California Ave – Palo Alto – CA 94304 – USA)
Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St. – Suite 600 – San Francisco – CA 94107 – USA)
